Return-Refund Policy

SAILI has never disappointed their customers. We provide 3 days Easy Returns and FULL MONEY REFUND within 5-7 working days.

Refund and Return Policy

  • Return Window: Returns can be placed within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at saili.connect@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, please ensure you provide your bank account details during the return process. We will process the refund to your bank account accordingly.

Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at saili.connect@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. Once the item is shipped, it will follow our return and refund process.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Customized products, including those altered based on specific customer requirements, are not eligible for return.
